Curriculum Enhancement Week

We are excited to share the programme outline for Curriculum Enhancement Week, 2018. The week is very much focussed on our curriculum, but also Rewards Trips and opportunities for students to be involved in projects around the school, and their local community. Further details regarding the individual trips will be shared by the organisers in due course. We look forward to a highly successful week!

  • Community Projects will be based at school or within students’ own communities. Details to follow.
  • Years 8 & 9 will spend a Deep Learning Day in each of their new Optional subjects.

Year 7 STEM Challenge:

  1. Self-powered car (Maths/Engineering)
  2. Disaster Relief and Lego Robot programming (Science/Tech/Computing)
  3. Stop Go Animation Project (Technology/IT)

The Year group will be divided into three equal groups, and they will spend one day in each activity.
